Terms of Service
By booking with The Social Hour or using our website, you agree to the following:
Services — Mobile bar rentals and/or bartending for private events, weddings, corporate functions, and other gatherings across South Carolina, as described in your service agreement.
Booking & Payments — A signed agreement and a deposit may be required to confirm the booking. Final payment terms are outlined in your contract. Pricing may change until booking is confirmed in writing.
Licensing & Alcohol Service — We operate in accordance with SC alcohol service laws. Clients will be responsible for supplying alcohol or permits, depending on the agreement. Our bartenders may refuse service to intoxicated or underage guests, and a valid ID may be required.
Client Responsibilities — Providing the alcohol needed, accurate event details, adequate space/power/water for setup, and complying with venue and permit requirements.
Limitation of Liability — We’re not liable for injuries/damages from guest intoxication, delays from circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue issues, etc.), or guest actions at the event. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Cancellations & Changes — Specific terms outlined in your individual service agreement.
Intellectual Property — All website content belongs to The Social Hour.
Governing Law — South Carolina law governs these terms.
